Memberships
Membership Requirements:
Membership Requirements if the applicants is a natural person:
- He or she should have specialization or interest in the exhibitions and conferences sector or be practitioners in the Association's field of expertise.
- He or she should have sufficient experience in the exhibitions and conferences sector.
- He or she should not be less than fifteen years old.
- Full eligibility is a prerequisite for membership.
- He or she should not have a final judgment against them for a crime that compromises integrity or honesty, without being reinstated.
If the membership applicant is a person with legal status from public or private entities, the following conditions are required:
- Commitment to pay the membership subscription.
- Submission of an application for joining, including the individual's name as per the official document, nationality, registration or license number, national address, contact information, including email and phone number. The application should be accompanied by a copy of the commercial register, license, or endowment deed, or any document proving their legal status according to the governing system, and it should be valid.
- Appointment of a representative thereof from natural persons.

- Attending periodical meetings organized by the Association to enhance communication and exchange experiences.
- Priority in bidding for contracts or opportunities to implement or supply for events.
- The Institution may address the Association with a letter issued thereby directed to the Board of Directors, and the Association may address the Institution with a letter issued by the Board of Directors or those authorized by the Board, delivered to the Institution personally or sent thereto at any of its registered addresses in the membership register.
- The three nominees can vote on the resolutions of the General Assembly if six months have passed since their joining the Association.
- Inviting three nominees to the General Assembly for an extraordinary meeting in solidarity with 25% of the members who have the right to attend the General Assembly.

- The right to attend and vote in the General Assembly, with the supporting member having the rights of a regular member in addition to the right to vote in the Board of Directors elections with a number of votes proportional to the total membership fees paid.
- Unrestricted donations made during the tenure of the current Board of Directors before the elections by ten working days, divided by the value of the regular membership fee, shall be considered for candidacy in one election cycle.
- If the supporting member is a legal entity, it shall be represented in voting and other rights by its official representative, appointed by the authorized person within the entity, in accordance with Article (10) of the Executive Regulations.

- Using the association’s logo for the year in which membership fees have been paid, under the title “Member of the Saudi Association for Exhibitions and Conferences.”
- Priority registration and participation in EVEX initiative sessions for nominated members.
- Special rates or free attendance for up to five nominees from the organization in the association’s workshops.
- A legal consultation session for the organization at a discount of up to 30% on advisory fees.
- A platform on the association’s social media accounts to post job opportunities and facilitate connections between members and interested companies.
- Priority for members in obtaining a booth at the Saudi Exhibitions and Conferences Forum, enhancing their business exposure.
- Participation in the association’s periodic meetings to foster networking and knowledge exchange.
- Priority in bidding for tenders or opportunities for event execution or supply.
- Voting rights for the top three candidates on General Assembly decisions if they have been members for at least six months.
- A 25% discount from “Eye of Riyadh” on all services.
